For in-person oral presentations:
Authors of accepted long papers (oral presentation) for in-person sessions should upload in advance their final presentation, as a PPT or PDF file, through the drop box URL link: https://app.box.com/f/fa216ca531154c7e9122b822a574f0f4.s
Authors will not be able to use their own computers to give oral presentation because the presentation will simultaneously be broadcast via Zoom.
The title of the presentation file should have the standard format:
paperID-lastname.PPT/PDF where:
paperID is the ID/number of the paper used when you submitted the paper to the conference.
lastname – is the last name of the author who will in-person present the paper at the conference.
The articles for in-person sessions should be uploaded until December 3rd inclusive.

The articles for online sessions should NOT be uploaded in advance through the above drop box. Presentation for online sessions will be shared directly in Zoom during the online sessions.
All authors who are presenting papers online, should join the corresponding session at least 15 minutes before the beginning of a session to test presentation equipment (author’s own computers). Pre-recordings are not needed, the presentation will be live via Zoom.
For Posters:
The conference will include poster sessions, which will allow authors to present their work to a wider audience and which will provide an opportunity for discussions and networking. The posters can be up to 36" wide and 44" tall. Materials will be provided for mounting your poster.
All authors who are presenting papers online, should join the corresponding session at least 15 minutes before the beginning of a session to test presentation equipment (author’s own computers). Pre-recordings are not needed, the presentation will be live via Zoom.
